    -Looking for personal characteristics that match ours: enthusiasm, creativity, team spirit, culture, open mindedness.

    -Out-of-the Box thinking to excite the Candidates with Client’s Requirement .
    -Good Knowledge in understanding the Niche requirement.
    -Communicating with the candidates & educating the candidates about the client requirement .
    -Capable of Negotiating and Persuading the candidates to join the client on time .
  • Experience : 0-3 years
