PROFESSIONAL SERVICES DIVISION


MANAGED IT:

Tech Support Requirements: Desktop/Helpdesk (JC-101): Experience in Desktop Troubleshooting / Application Support / basic networking. MCP is an Added advantage

IT Operations Management (JC-102):

  1. Operations: Good people management / program management skills. Experience in handling large scale IT Infrastructure & complex SLA's, MIS Reporting. Exposure on ITIL/ITSM

Platform & Storage:

  1. Windows Administrator (L1/L2/L3)(JC- 201): Experience in Windows 2000/2003/2008 with AD/IIS/ISA Servers / Exchange / Lotus / SCCM, OCS 2007/Citrix / VMWAre / SMS Server
  2. Unix Administrators (L1/L2/L3) (JC-202): Experience in AIX / HPUX / Linux / Solaris , with knowledge of in performance Tuning, Clustering, VFS PAtch, User Administration and Package Installation
  3. MS Exchange Admin (L1/L2/L3) (JC-203): Experience in admn. MS Exchange 2007 and AD200, NT 4.0. Experience on cluster environment with good knowledge of Backups, Disaster Recovery, High Avaialaibility, Physical & Logical Security.
  4. Storage Admin (L2/L3): (JC-204): IBM, HP, NetApp etc. should have exposure to any backup management software like Legato, Net Backup, TSM, VERITAS etc.

DATABASE & MIDDLEWARE:

  1. Database Administration (L1/L@) (JC-301): Expeirence on Oracle 9i & 10g with (RMAN / RAC / Datacard exp)/SQL Server 2005 or 2008 with (Replication/LogShipping/Mirroring)/Sybase/DB2. Experience into installation; Performance Tuning; Troubleshooting; Database Space Management & Capacity Planning. EXpeirence of working in a Data Center Environment.
  2. Middleware Application Support (JC-302): Experience on WebSphere/WebLogic/ SunOne

SYSTEM INTEGRATION:
Implementation Management (JC-401): EXperience in a large scale implementation of Enterprise Sun/IBM Unix Servers and Sun/Hitachi/EMC mid tier and Storage

Solaris (L2) (JC-402): Experience on Solaris Cluster implemettaion, experience on Backup software like Legato & NetBackup

ENTERPRISE SERVICES:

  1. Platform & Storage (L2/L3) (JC-501): HAnds-on experience in installation , advanced configuration & troubleshooting of SUN/IBM Midrange and Enterprise Servers, SUN/IBM/NetApp/ Hitachi Modular and Enterprise Storages. Exposure in Backup / Virtualization domains is desirable.
  2. Call Center Specialists (JC-502): HAnds-on expeirnce in installation , advanced config. & troubleshooting of Contact center equipments like Nortel, Avya, Alcatel etc. HAndle independent deployment of large scale projects & also provide technical support to the Field teams.
