Job Description
This is an entry-level position in the restaurant management cadre. The training cum probation period is 6 month, where in the trainee under goes an on and off the job training program.During the training program the trainee has to undergo training in all the areas in the restaurant like kitchen, back sink, cleaning, lobby management, counter sales and customer interaction. On the successful completion of the training program, the trainee gets confirmed and is promoted to Second Assistant Manager, where in his/her managerial responsibility includes running the shifts independently, handling functional areas like production, service, lobby management, scheduling and other office systems in the store.
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate should have completed his/her graduation.Any experince in the hospitality sector would be an added plus.

Education : UG – BHM – Hotel Management, PG – Any PG Course – Any Specialization,Post Graduation Not Required
